Knowledge and adherence to Australian and International standards
Devises practical and economical solutions to various problems requiring original thinking and ingenuity
Extensive use and understanding of the structural software (specifically SpaceGass and/or Strand)

Deliver complex design drafting projects independently
Knowledge and adherence to company design standards
Produces drawings and models to a high degree of quality
Offers input to engineers/junior designers for design optimisations
Devises practical and economical solutions to various problems requiring original thinking and ingenuity
Extensive use and understanding of the design software
Supervision and mentoring of junior and senior design staff
Checking of Final 3D models/drawings
